The press lines specially manufactured by Kocayusuf are designed to withstand both heat and cold. These press lines are produced using advanced technology and expertise, undergoing quality control tests before being sold. They are automatic loading and unloading presses used for applying glued coatings, finish foil, laminate, melamine, paper, and PVC onto MDF, plywood, or particle board surfaces. The processed materials are then used to produce furniture, wall, floor, and door panels.To increase production capacity, additional components such as glue applicators, brush cleaning systems, glue spreading units, and automatic stacking machines can be integrated into the press lines upon request. The press lines can be customized in different sizes, pressing forces, and with closing mechanisms that operate from either the top or bottom, according to customer requirements.
